Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant with strong technology skills to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing executive-level administrative support and possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Communication Management: They handle all communication on behalf of the executive, including answering calls, responding to emails, and drafting correspondence.
  • Meeting Coordination: They coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure that all action items are completed.
  • Project Management: They manage special projects and initiatives, working closely with the executive to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Budget Management: They assist the executive in managing their budget, tracking expenses, and processing expense reports.
  • Office Management: They manage the office and provide administrative support, including managing files, maintaining supplies, and organizing the work environment.
  • Liaison with Internal and External Stakeholders: They act as a liaison between the executive and internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other executives.
  • Preferable Male Candidate
  • Directly Report to CEO

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience for 2-3 years as an Executive Admin or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using different operating systems such as Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
  • Preferably a "Smartsheet Savvy" candidate.
  • Knowledge of different software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and cloud-based productivity tools like Google Docs.
  • Ability to use social media platforms, online collaboration tools, and project management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to be assigned in Corniche, Abu Dhabi.
