Responsibilities for food beverage manager
Responsible for recruitment and staff development
Maintain relationships with all Guests
Responsible for cost control and budget compliance on a daily basis
Responsible for managing the division in compliance with financial objectives
Maintain revenue and payroll budgets
To create a work environment that facilitates harmonious caring relationships, employee motivation, builds morale and teamwork by taking an active interest in associate needs, assisting associates in dealing with problems, providing support and encouragement and promoting mutual trust and respect
To have knowledge in the preparation and analysis of outlets reservations forecasts, buying patterns and preferences of market segments, marketing for incentive business such as food festivals and group bookings, promotions and special packages
Manage all F&B day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Establish targets, ensure KPI’s are met, ensure policies and procedures are up to date and being adhered to
Build and maintain an efficient team, ensure continued employee motivation is preserved through consultation, target setting and regular reviews
