Job Description

We looking to hire a Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be to bring our brand to life through visually compelling designs. You will play a key role in implementing the visual design language, encompassing grid, typography, color, and other design patterns for various products promotion campaigns, marketing initiatives, events, and social media campaigns. Delivering high-quality visual designs within specified timelines is crucial to success in this role.

  • Visual Design Implementation: Execute the visual design language, ensuring coherence in grid structures, typography, color schemes, and design patterns. Deliver visually striking designs for product promotion campaigns, marketing initiatives, events, and social media campaigns with a focus on timeliness and quality.
  • Brand Consistency: Develop regional branding standard designs for marketing materials and partners stores. Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing projects to reinforce our brand identity.
  • Creative Contribution: Collaborate with MarCom Specialists and other business departments to generate creative design elements and visual projects that align with strategic goals.
  • Design Guidance: Contribute to defining design strategies and guidelines for new projects. Utilize a profound understanding of user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. Provide necessary training to team members to enhance design skills.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with design counterparts at headquarters to ensure alignment of design strategies and consistency in execution.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Communication Arts, or equivalent field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a company or agency setting.
  • Design Proficiency: Expert-level skills with common design tools, including Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, etc.
  • Technical Understanding: Good grasp of products, solutions, or other technical concepts, with the ability to convey them effectively through design or visual formats.
  • Creativity: Demonstrated sensitivity to market trends and a creative mindset.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; fluency in Arabic (especially in writing and reading) is a plus.
  • Additional Skills (Plus): Mid to proficient level in animation and video editing.
