Full job description

Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Perform basic tasks such as cleaning, sweeping, and organizing work areas.
• Help set up and take down equipment and tools for projects.
• Assist skilled workers, technicians, or craftsmen with their tasks as needed.
• Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Report any issues, hazards, or accidents to supervisors promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and practices.
