An Implementation Consultant plays a crucial role in helping organizations integrate and
implement effective strategies, systems, and technologies to improve their
environmental, health, and safety performance while also advancing sustainability goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the implementation
process, including user guides, technical specifications, and best practices.
Ensure that all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to both technical
and non-technical audiences.
Update and refine documentation based on feedback and changes in the
implementation process.
Create visual aids, such as diagrams and flowcharts, to complement written
documentation.
Work with clients to understand their needs and tailor the implementation
process accordingly.
Carry out Application configuration activities (E.g. Setting up accounts, managing
application parameters etc.).
Provide training and guidance to the clients on the use of the Application.
Collaborate with clients to understand Business Processes and recommend best
practices for application utilization.
Evaluate and analyze application change requests for communication with
Internal/ External Stakeholders.
Participate in the testing and deployment of new application features.
Preparation of periodic reports for client submissions.
Troubleshoot application technical issues raised by clients.
Identify potential areas of application improvements for communication to
internal stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and ensure a
smooth implementation process.
Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve the
implementation process.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility for travel/ Onsite presence.
Recommended to have good knowledge on Software Implementation Cycle.
