We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT assistance for our organization.
Duties & Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user clients with high-quality technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to enhance overall user experience.
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions to increase end-user proficiency and reduce support inquiries.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of support activities for reporting purposes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to accomplish project goals and meet corporate objectives, demonstrating strong leadership abilities.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure and efficient system usage.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation for technical support activities.
- Preference will be given to male candidates
