Customer Interaction:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
Gather detailed information from clients regarding their specific needs and preferences.
Coordination with the Programming Team:
Collaborate with programmers and developers to communicate client requirements effectively.
Project Management:
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the applications before delivery to clients.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project requirements, and communications.
Document technical specifications, changes in requirements, and any other relevant information related to the projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT coordination, project management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with various programming languages and technologies.
Experience in customer-facing roles, providing technical support, or software demonstrations.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
