As an IT Executive, you are responsible for maintaining the computer network, maintains the computer system, install and configures hardware/software, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. Duties and Responsibilities
- Support for all hardware and software problems reported documenting problems and solutions as required to maintain a high level of operation.
- Support and respond to user's enquiries to resolve their problems; Guest's to ensure high service standards provided for both internal and external customers.
- Coordinate with the suppliers to solve complains and achieve desired results.
- Ensure that all end users are well trained in different systems, so all the applications are utilized efficiently.
- Make sure all backups are done.
- Monitor all the access points.
- Servers - Monitor Severs such as PMS and Antivirus Server.
- Monitor the License of each services running in server.
- Trouble shooting windows network and sharing resources.
- Installation and Troubleshooting of printers.
- Configuration of Microsoft outlook.
- Collect CCTV recordings as per management request. Facilitate SIRA inspection and get it done.
