·Performs initial workstation computer, peripheral set-ups (e.g. installation, testing, configuring, imaging, etc.) for the purpose of meeting the computer processing needs of the users.
· Daily support for any queries or problems of all the staff with their PC, internet, ERP System , Email and server connectivity
· Securing the company’s data by getting back up of all the PC’s, ERP and main server periodically.
· Trouble shooting Repairing of printers / scanners.
· Installs PC software, print drivers, scanners, etc. for the purpose of ensuring availability for use by the top management and all staff.
· Maintains workstation functionality (e.g. install patches and/or upgrades, imaging systems, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring availability of desktop and server functionality for all users.
· Procures equipment, supplies and materials for the purpose of maintaining availability of required items and completing jobs efficiently.
· Stocks computer parts, supplies and materials for the purpose of establishing an inventory of items commonly required repairing computer hardware.
· Upgrades computers, peripherals, printers, A/V systems, network equipment and software applications (e.g. installation, testing, configuring, etc.) for the purpose of meeting the computer processing needs of the users.
· Coordinating & Assisting with the implementation of ERP System
· Performs network analysis and capacity planning and testing for organization's LAN/WAN environment.
· Responsible for CCTV, Access control, PBX , IP PBX Configuration
· Key person to control the vehicle tracking and liaising with the supplier if needed to troubleshoot the errors.
· Taking pictures of the company product
· Responsible for company website developing and social media marketing.
