Job Requirements:

Knowledgeable with Mobile Application (Android and IOS ) and programming
Advance Microsoft Office Knowledge
Flexibility on working hours ( Mall Timing )
Oversee mall operation
Monitors, checks and reports bugs on the AKYASI App to the developer
Report occurrences of system errors to third-party support provider
Monitor and renew system and infrastructure related licenses and bills
Perform on-site and remote technical support
Provide emergency on-call IT Support
Provide network and desktop support to all users/office staff
Teaches support staffs with simple troubleshooting techniques
