  • Knowledgeable with Mobile Application (Android and IOS ) and programming
  • Advance Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • Flexibility on working hours ( Mall Timing )
  • Oversee mall operation
  • Monitors, checks and reports bugs on the AKYASI App to the developer
  • Report occurrences of system errors to third-party support provider
  • Monitor and renew system and infrastructure related licenses and bills
  • Perform on-site and remote technical support
  • Provide emergency on-call IT Support
  • Provide network and desktop support to all users/office staff
  • Teaches support staffs with simple troubleshooting techniques
