Job Description

• Coordinating the procurement process for IT equipment and software, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Researching and evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing terms.
• Collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and determine the most suitable solutions.
• Managing inventory and tracking orders to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Assisting with vendor management and maintaining strong relationships.
• Providing support and guidance to end-users regarding IT purchases and procurement policies.
• Monitoring and optimizing purchasing processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Assisting with budget planning and forecasting for IT purchases.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT procurement or a similar role.
• Industry certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (CPPM).
• Experience in the IT industry or familiarity with IT equipment and software.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
