Job Description

- IT Store Keeping:

Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment, such as computers, laptops, printers, peripherals, and accessories.

Receive, inspect, and log incoming IT shipments.

Properly store and label IT equipment in designated areas.

Keep track of stock levels and reorder IT supplies as needed.

Coordinate with IT Manager for equipment purchases and repairs.

Perform periodic audits of IT inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance by the help of IT department

Escalate complex IT issues to the IT manager/ Engineer

Ensure that all IT equipment is in working condition.

- Asset Management:

Assign and track IT assets to employees as per company policies.

Ensure the return of IT assets from employees leaving the organization.

Maintain records and report to It department on-time of asset assignments, transfers, and disposals.

- Administration:

Manage office supplies, including stationery,and other consumables.

Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and conferences.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Maintain records and documentation related to IT inventory and office administration tasks.

Generate reports on IT stock levels, office expenses, and other relevant metrics.

Update and maintain databases related to office assets and supplies.

- Compliance and Security:

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT and office management.

Assist in implementing IT security measures, such as user rights and access controls.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records.

Skills

- Good communication and English language skills are mandatory

- Proven experience as an IT store keeper or in a related role.

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software.

- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.

- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
