Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot system errors and maintain user accounts (Active Directory, etc.).
Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Support Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, and remote tools.
Monitor IT systems and escalate complex issues as needed.
Maintain documentation and update tickets in the helpdesk system.

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
Proficiency in Windows OS, basic networking, and Office 365.
Knowledge of Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and antivirus software.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Certifications like CompTIA A+, MCP, or ITIL (a plus).
