Position Overview:

As a Junior Project Manager for Moon Kids, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects related to kids' furniture and play equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fit-out, and kids' play equipment furniture, with a passion for delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

Collaborate with senior project managers to develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

2. Client Engagement:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that project deliverables align with their vision.

3. Vendor Management:

Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services, while maintaining quality standards.

4. Quality Assurance:

Implement and oversee quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

5. Budget Management:

Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial reports, and take proactive measures to control costs and maximize profitability.

6. Risk Assessment:

Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and provide solutions to keep projects on track.

7. Site Inspections:

Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction and installation activities meet safety, quality, and design specifications.

8. Documentation:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and any other relevant records.

9. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution.

10. Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve project management processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

● Proficient in project management software and tools.
