Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Software and Hardware Support at Planet Pharmacies LLC located in Oman. The Information Technology Software and Hardware Support will be responsible for providing technical support for the informatics systems used in the company's operations. They will be responsible for addressing system bugs and defects, maintaining the system uptime, resolving user queries, and performing upgrades as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in software and hardware support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Training to New Staff in Retail Stores in POS System and Insurance procedures
  • Resolving the network and other hardware issues in business operations (Networking, Time and Attendance device,, CCTV issues, - not limited to,.)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and knowledge of supporting operating systems and software applications
  • Strong experience in database management using Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL
  • Good understanding of IT support tools, remote support, and system upgrades
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively as part of cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
