Lead HSE Officer

Position: Lead HSE Officer
Location: Dubai
Industry: Oil and Gas Construction

Req: Must have minimum 5 years of UAE experience in same role. Oil and gas industry experience is mandatory. Should be available in UAE. Immediate joining.
Salary: Depends upon experience.

1. Developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
2. Conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures
3. Providing training and advice on health, safety, and environmental matters
4. Monitoring and inspecting facilities to identify potential hazards
5. Investigating incidents and accidents to determine causes and prevent recurrence
6. Maintaining and updating emergency response plans
7. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
8. Keeping up-to-date with developments in health, safety, and environmental best practices
9. Developing and managing HSE budgets and programs
10. Reporting to senior management on HSE performance.
