Machine Operator

• Must need to have experience with colour mixing
• Ensure that the given production schedule is followed without delay
• Ensure that the production of flooring is correct in terms of colour, quantity and material
• Responsible for the machine efficiency and maintenance
• To ensure that the machine is cleaned properly every after production
• To report any damage part/ parts which need to replace to Production Coordinator/ Production Engineer or Production Manager
• Monitoring and maintaining bona machine equipment and machinery
• Setting up bona machine equipment
• Overseeing training of new or Junior Machine Operators
• Performing routine inspections of manufacturing equipment
• Evaluating the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed, and to provide spare parts which need to be replaced.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as machine operator preferably in UAE
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work and communicate well with others.
• Attention to detail.
