Machine Operator

Full job description

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our fitout and joinery factory team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machinery in a woodworking environment and possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. This role involves working with various type of woodworking equipment to produce components for fitout and joinery projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Efficiently and safely operate machines in the factory.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards, making adjustments as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, ensuring they in good working condition and promptly reporting any issues.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper storage and handling to prevent damage.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocol, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
• Maintain accurate records of production, machine maintenance and any incident that occur during the shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training in related field is preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience operating machinery in a fitout & joinery environment. ( UAE experience is mandatory)
