Responsibilities:

Property Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet safety standards.

HVAC Systems: Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Perform regular inspections to identify issues and ensure optimal functioning.

Water Heaters: Troubleshoot and repair water heaters to prevent disruptions in hot water supply. Replace parts or units when necessary.

Electrical Systems: Address electrical issues such as faulty wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and switches. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety guidelines.

Plumbing: Repair and maintain plumbing systems, including fixing leaks, clogs, and broken fixtures. Replace or install pipes, fittings, and fixtures as needed.

General Repairs: Perform a range of general repair tasks including painting, drywall repair, door and window maintenance, and other tasks as required.

Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and address them promptly. Ensure properties meet safety standards and regulations.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used. Provide detailed reports to supervisors and property managers.

Communication: Effectively communicate with property managers, residents, and team members to understand maintenance needs and provide updates on repair progress.

Emergency Response: Be available for on-call and emergency maintenance requests outside of regular working hours as needed.

Driving: Utilize company-provided vehicles to travel between properties and carry out maintenance tasks. Ensure vehicles are well-maintained and report any issues.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in property maintenance, including hands-on experience with HVAC systems, water heaters, electrical systems, and plumbing.

Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members, property managers, and residents.

Strong general knowledge of various repair and maintenance tasks, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be comfortable driving to different properties to perform maintenance tasks.

Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work independently.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues accurately and find effective solutions.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in identifying problems and ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard.
