Responsibilities:
Patient Registration:Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Collect and verify patient information, ensuring accuracy in records.
Assist patients in completing necessary forms and documents.
Appointment Scheduling:Manage the appointment calendar, scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize scheduling efficiency.
Notify patients of any appointment changes or cancellations.
Communication:Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and provide information to patients.
Relay messages to appropriate healthcare staff.
Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic to assist Arabic-speaking patients.
Insurance Verification:Verify and update insurance information for patients.
Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage.
Payment Processing:Collect and process patient payments.
Coordinate with billing department to address any billing-related concerns.
Maintaining a Neat and Organized Front Desk:Ensure the waiting area is clean and comfortable for patients.
Manage patient flow and address any logistical challenges.
Confidentiality:Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Handle sensitive information with care and discretion.
Problem Solving:Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive patient experience.
