Key Responsibilities:
· Checking everyone's daily task list, ensuring everyone fills it n submits on a daily basis, operations pro and drivers
· Ensuring distribution of work load Being cc in all emails and ensuring no delay in response to clients or sales
· Being present in all handover meetings and ensuring no confusions are there
· After work comes to operations , making an introduction call to client introducing the ops team and ensuring all update related calls comes to him and not the sales
· Making milestone calenders for the clients and making sure all project are being completed on time and in case of delay management and client must be reported with reason
· Talking to freezones and fighting with them for cases that are stuck or when mistakes happen from their side
· Meeting irrate clients calming them down and finding solution with our supervision
· Ensuring no delay of payment updates from accounts to operations team
· Ensuring no waste of time of operations team due to interference of sales. Ensuring all process is followed for each project and nothing is missed
· Doing feedback calls to client once the work is done
