1- Preparation of network development civil and cable projects for brown and green areas with respect to Etisalat planning design guide based on forecast and actual requirements. Conducting desktop and site survey
2- Illustrating all network elements in NE (J/boxes, ducts, cabinets, building points, FDH, …etc.) for all FO cable projects. Obtaining all required way leaves from TPD, Municipality and other utility departments.
3- Preparation of quotation/ Cost letters. Preparation of recharge projects.
4- Study on New Area Developments & its requirements. Handle major projects in the area, Prepare projected Cost for investment, Coordination with deferent Escalate sections for smooth service provisioning.
5- Preparation of Master Plan.
6- Monitoring and updating daily statistical reports OSPR, GDPT…etc. and providing required follow-up ,coordination with Partners/Contractors/Other sections
7- Coordination with major projects consultants / contractors for smooth implementation of Etisalat infrastructure deployment and to negotiate the ownership agreements over telecom infrastructure.
8- Conducts site visits to study relocation/protection of plant, prepares cost estimate and forward to sales
9- Attending meetings which arranged by RTA consultant/contractors Receiving and processing of Road works related NOCs from RTA web site and file in project Master file for future reference.
10- As built BOQ review with As-built drawings certified by project section. Certified BOQ to accounts for final payment and settlement if accounts with RTA. Project Completion certificate to RTA consultant.
