Role Overview: Lava Prints is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for print design and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for a variety of print materials, including brochures, banners, business stationery, and promotional products.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce artwork for a variety of print materials.
• Collaborate with clients to gather specifications and adjust designs to meet their needs.
• Ensure all designs meet company standards and client expectations.
• Prepare files for print, ensuring proper format, color, and resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends and techniques.
• Work closely with the print production team to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of print design work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of pre-press file preparation including file setup, color correction, and resolution.
• Familiarity with CMYK color mode and understanding of print file requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
