We are a furniture manufacturing factory based in Umm Al Quwain, looking for a project Coordinator. If you have experience in furniture and Fit-outs projects coordination, we would like to meet you.
Job Description:
· Managing external projects and coordinating with suppliers.
· Monitoring the production and site installation progress to ensure that the products as per our requirements.
· Oversee site installation and furniture delivery to ensure that we are meeting the delivery date.
· Planning and organizing the production schedules and communicating with clients.
· Determining quality control standards.
· Keep track of projects' overall progress and update the Project Manager on daily bases with appropriate reports.
· Coordinating with the sales, designers, factory and clients.
· Attending, managing and controlling the overall deliveries and installation.
· In any delivery has to attend and sign the delivery note and get clients Satisfaction Survey.
· Site measurements if required.
· Perform product inspections, in-process inspections and Final inspections prior to delivery.
· Works closely with the Project Manager to achieve high quality works and output on furniture manufacture and installation.
· Assuring timely completion of production within the given deadline.
· Perform various quality control inspections, inspect the workers’ performance, safety and tidiness of the working place to identify issues or non-conformity that need to be fixed.
· Final inspection report to be prepared upon delivery and installation.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor in interior design, architecture or any relevant qualification.
· 3 to 5 years of working experience as projects coordinator for furniture and Fit-out projects.
· Knowledge and experience in interior design.
· Ability to follow up with external projects.
· Good verbal and written communication, dynamic and ability to work in a team.
· Car and Driving Licensee is a must.
