10-15 years of experience in the construction industry.
5-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably overseeing high-rise residential/commercial towers and 5-star hotel projects exceeding USD 100 million in budget.
Strong technical knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and construction practices.
Proven leadership and team management skills, must be able to independently control a large team of technical staff and workforce
Excellent communication Skills.
Familiarity with relevant local building codes and regulations.
