Role: Project Manager – IT Managed Services
Location- On-Site, Dubai
Employment: 12 months Contract (extendable depends on business requirement)
Key Responsibilities:
1-Responsible for providing Business Applications Support to Group entities, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements, Policies and Procedures; managing the transition of digital solutions to the Application Support framework and supporting the onboarding of group entities.
2-Leading and driving Solutions for Managed Services Deals, primarily focused on Managed Services for IT Infrastructure and Staff Augmentation.
3-Leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and implement best practices.
4-Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization within IT operations.
5-Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT teams, business units, to address operational requirements and service delivery issues.
6-Implementing automation and optimization strategies to improve operational performance and reduce manual effort.
7-Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on IT operations performance, incident resolution, and service request fulfillment.
8-Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
9-Process and Framework Management.
10-Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
11-Monitoring and managing SLAs for IT operations support, ensuring that service delivery meets agreed-upon performance targets and quality standards.
12-Leading and assisting in the development of IT Infrastructure managed services including IT Operations, IT Service management, Data Center Management, Network Operations, End User Support and customer management.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience Required:
Proven work experience of minimum 6-7 years as a Project Manager or similar role.
