Implementing OSHAD SF, Client’s HSE rules and regulations and company’s safety program.
Able to Lead Safety Team of Safety Officer and Safety .
Prepare all HSE related documents as requested by consultant, client and ADM
Conducting Safety trainings for staff and management related to HSE.
Attending weekly, monthly meetings with management and client for solving HSE related Issues.
Maintaining appropriate documents and HSE records for audit.
Prompt investigation for all types of incidents and near misses for providing corrective measures.
Using AL ADAA portal to upload incident reports.
Implementing HSE Plan and try to achieve the target “Zero Accident” goal.
Submitting Monthly Health & Safety Statistics Reports to top management.
Conducting Safety Toolbox Talks/Briefing to the site operatives on the site related issues like, Working at Height, Use of Ladders, Safe use of Mobile Scaffolds etc.
Hazard Identification, risk assessment, risk control activities and liaison with site management for the implementation.
Making sure that all employees are aware of emergency procedure at site.
Issuing permit to work and ensuring permit to work is available on site.
Carrying out Daily & Weekly site Safety Inspections.
Carrying out Site Specific Safety Induction for the new operatives which include subcontractor’s as well.
Implementing HSE Policy and Company Rules and regulations at site.
Maintaining Records of the legal Document’s related to HSE.
Providing internal safety Trainings to the site operatives.
Always tried to raise Health & Safety awareness and took positive steps to promote positive Health & Safety Culture in the organization.
Maintaining Daily Observation Reports which includes all site related issues on daily basis and submitting and reporting to concern personnel.
Maintaining Risk Assessments.
Well Known about ADM rules.
Well Known about OSHAD SF rules.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering
Completed Between 8 to 10 years of experience in the Construction Industry (Building Projects)
