  • To establish the chain of command and responsibility, the Supervisor shall be held directly responsible to the Security Manager.
  • Perform duties according to the Duty Roster prepared by the Security Manager.
  • Adopt Service Oriented approach in discharging duties to function
  • Be held accountable for the overall performance of the on-duty security personnel and all security-related matters;
  • Exercise flexibility to maintain a balance between effectiveness.
  • Work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.
  • Coordinating responses to emergencies and alarms and compiling incident reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and security industry regulations.
  • The Ability to create a transportation trip roster and manage the vehicle drivers
  • Should have good experience and locations and roads across Dubai and other emirates
  • Managing the staff accommodation and arranging the stay of the security staff and monitoring the daily activities during the shift’s day and night
  • Creating tasks for the security supervisors and monitoring the daily activities regarding the work plan
  • Problem-solving handling issues in time
  • Extensive job-related experience in managing a high-performing team
  • Extensive experience in investigations
  • Ability to develop and maintain credible relationships with law enforcement and governmental agencies
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Highest level of integrity
  • High degree of experience in all phases of security systems, procedures, investigations of legal issues, supervision, and training
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communicator with strong leadership skills and executive presence
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Arabic is preferred

· Experience in Handling Multiple Sites with a large number of staff

· Well Versed SIRA Related Rules & Regulations.

· Good Exposure Client Management & Customer Relation.

Should have been Responsible for Payment Collection.

· Man Power Outsourcing.

  • Partner with the Managing Director and develop an annual security strategy for their market focused on reducing overall inventory losses, security compliance, and emergency response
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure that effective operational processes and procedures are in place to reduce loss and identify integrity issues
  • Manage performance of branch Security staff, including completing and delivering PMPs (Supervisor and above) utilizing input from local management, coaching, and managing performance as necessary in partnership with branch management and HR
  • Ensure that all Security staff schedules are structured to fully meet the needs of the location, maximize the physical deterrence and floor presence of the entire security staff, and ensure adequate floor coverage
  • Recruit, interview, and hire branch Security staff with input from local management and HR
  • Ensure departmental objectives are achieved by setting goals and measures of performance.
  • Work with local store management and Security Supervisors to assess progress every quarter

· Experience Must have 5-10 Years.

· Salary - As per the Market Norms.

· Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
