We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Carpenter with expertise in wood machines, wood fixing, and wooden interior decoration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in carpentry, particularly in the operation and maintenance of wood machines, precision wood fixing, and crafting aesthetically pleasing wooden interior designs.
Responsibilities:
Wood Machine Operation and Maintenance : Proficiently operate and maintain a variety of wood machines such as saws, planers, routers, and other specialized equipment.
Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal machine functionality.
Precision Wood Fixing : Execute high-quality wood fixing, including but not limited to framing, joinery, and finishing work.
Ensure precision and attention to detail in all wood fixing tasks, contributing to the overall structural integrity and aesthetics of the final product.
Wooden Interior Decoration : Collaborate with design teams to bring creative wooden interior concepts to life.
Execute installation and finishing of wooden elements in interior spaces, including custom cabinetry, molding, paneling, and other decorative features.
Material Selection and Procurement : Assist in the selection of appropriate wood materials for each project, considering factors such as durability, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.
Work with suppliers to procure high-quality materials within budgetary constraints.
Team Leadership and Collaboration : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior carpenters, fostering a collaborative and skill-enhancing work environment.
