Site Foreman

Reports To: Project Manager
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles, safety regulations, and project management techniques. They will also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage daily operations at construction sites
· Develop and implement work plans
· Supervise and train construction workers
· Ensure safety compliance
· Manage materials and equipment
· Monitor project budgets
· Resolve issues and conflicts
· Inspect work in progress to ensure that it meets quality standards
· Oversee the work of subcontractors
· Communicate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 5+ years of experience as a Site Foreman or in a related role
· Strong understanding of construction principles, safety regulations, and project management techniques
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Valid driver's license
