Manage social media channels including Facebook Instagram and other relevant platforms including but not limited to creating original text and video content and managing posts on a daily basis
· Develop monthly social media content calendar across all outlets
· Responsible for daily weekly and monthly scheduling of social media posts across all outlets
· Liaise with copyrighter in relation to copy completion of content calendars and ensure deadlines are being met
· Develop strong month to month content strategy based on business needs content requirements and social media trends
· Monthly photography planning for required content and work as a team to develop a photography schedule
· Responsible for briefing artwork requests directly to design team
· Generate live in-venue Instagram coverage and stories on ad-hoc basis
· Attend new launches and events as part of social media team on ad-hoc basis
· Keep abreast of all details pertaining to daily weekly and upcoming activations within outlets in order to convey correct information to the public via social media
· Observe competitor social media accounts and analyse engagement rates and content trends within the industry
· Analyse social media reports and implement specific objectives based on previous months statistics amp insights
· Collaborate with internal teams e g Digital to develop and monitor strategic PR amp direct marketing initiatives emailer
Desired Skill and Expertise
· 3+ years’ experience as a social media executive
· Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to report on a wide range of topics
· Proficient use of social media scheduling and moderation tools
· Verifiable personal examples of social media marketing successes and wins
· Digital copywriting skills and article generation
· Blog strategy and content creation curation
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
