Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or any chemical-related field.
· Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management within the Oil well chemical or oil and gas industry (upstream or downstream).
· Strong understanding of procurement principles, contract management, and strategic sourcing methodologies.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in data analysis and procurement software/tools.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
· Familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
