Education: Master’s/bachelor’s degree in Speech therapy or a related field from a recognized university or educational institution.
Clinical Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Speech therapist after completing your bachelor’s or master’s degree. This experience should be obtained under the supervision of a licensed Speech therapist.
Licensing Examination: You must pass the licensing examination conducted by the Department of Health (DOH) in Abu Dhabi. The examination evaluates your knowledge and competency in Speech therapy.
Language Proficiency: As a Speech therapist, it is essential to have a strong command of the English & Arabic language, both written and spoken.
Application Process: The application process typically involves providing relevant documents, such as your educational certificates, clinical experience letters, examination results, proof of language proficiency, and proof of professional membership.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Speech Therapist
Certificate of Employment as a Speech therapist must be available.
Availability of the DOH eligibility or Data Flow report is a plus and a great advantage.
English/Arabic Language speaking and writing is preferred.
Additional training certificates would be appreciated.
