Exp : 15 to 17 yrs
L4-Support in any of the three infrastructure domains: network, security, windows, storage, backup, cloud (Azure, GCP, and OCI), and database, as well as mentoring L3s.
Technical SME leading the Technical team for the technologies listed below in the Competency table
Manage large projects for your team and yourself.
critical customer incidents or breakdowns, troubleshooting them with the team, and closure within the agreed service levels.
Strong knowledge of any three of the technologies listed below, as well as working knowledge of the others:
o F5 LTM Platform
o Windows, Solaris, Linux,
o Storage (Hitachi/Huawei/Netapp/Cisco MDS)
o Backup (Commvault/Barracuda/Metallic),
