Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Storekeeper. The candidate's skill set, and experience requirements are as follows.

Overview of the role:

The primary focus of the role is to manage the store operations. Exercise control on material issue / receipts and storage of materials, tools, and consumables. Set stocking levels and inform the procurement team.

Involves technical understanding of production need.

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Inventory Handling in ERP software.

Should have at least 3 years of work experience.

Excellent organizational and task management skills.

Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

What you will do:

· Receiving all indented materials, confirming its quality and quantity.

· Issue out materials through proper documentation.

· Ensure that all returnable materials issued e.g., tools, manuals etc. are returned to the store on time.

· Non-returnable material such as paint and consumables issued is recorded for adjustment against inventory and charging to job cards.

· Maintain utmost cleanliness and orderliness in the store.

· Ensure high standard of safety regarding the stored item to prevent fire hazard or any other accident.

· Ensure proper temperature control for paints to minimize deterioration.

· Daily monitor stock damages and others.

· Organize collection for sale items and disposal of rubbish items.

Language:

English and Hindi is a must, Arabic is advantage.

Salary: AED 2,700 – AED 3,500.00 per month plus benefits.

Experience:

· Storekeeper: 3 years (Required). Preferable in Oil & Gas industry.
