Storekeeper cum Timekeeper

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all materials and supplies in the inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials according to company procedures.
• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration of materials.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Prepare materials for delivery to construction sites based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to schedule timely deliveries and avoid project delays.
• Monitor transportation logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of materials.
• Track and document material usage and consumption on-site.
• Implement and maintain an accurate timekeeping system for on-site personnel.
• Record daily attendance, including arrival and departure times, for all workers.
• Verify timesheets and resolve discrepancies in cooperation with the HR department.
• Generate reports on attendance and work hours for management review.
• Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and procurement team to coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations is preferred.

• WILLING TO BE RELOCATED IN KSA

Education and Experience:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Additional certification in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
• Prior experience in construction or warehouse management roles is highly desirable.
