Job Title: System Administrator
Directly Reporting To: Group Purchasing Manager EMEA
Starting Date: June 2024
Location: Al Barsha, Dubai
Hours: 48 hours, 5 days
Renumeration: From AED8,000 depending on experience
Job Summary:
Support the wider operations and procurement teams to ensure that central data systems are up to date and accurate.
Key Accountabilities:
· Day to day housekeeping of all inventory and product management systems
· Create product records
· Adjust product data when required
· Create and maintain all product spec sheets in accordance with supplier details and technical information
· Undertake regular pricing audits
· Update pricing information
· Liaise closely with local operations a sales teams on product requirements
· Work closely with the wider procurement teams to maintain accurate data and produce analytic reports
· Coordinate between systems to ensure continuity of information
· Place orders with suppliers when required.
· Utilise demand planning software to maintain accurate replenishment data
· Work with Group Purchasing Manager to analyse purchasing data
· Work closely with on-site logistics teams to ensure seamless chain of custody and compliance
· Complete any required due diligence of compliance administration in relation to purchases
Key Competencies
· At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role working with ERP systems
· 1 year's experience in a purchasing or supply chain department
· Demonstrable knowledge of data input
· Fluent in written and spoken English
· Fluent in written and spoken French
· Knowledge of inventory management software
· Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel, and Outlook
· Well organised
· A great communicator
