We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Administrator with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance of servers, networks, and end-user systems, while maintaining security and system integrity.
ππ²π π₯π²ππ½πΌπ»ππΆπ―πΆπΉπΆππΆπ²π:
-Install, configure, and maintain servers and system software.
-Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
-Administer and maintain Microsoft SharePoint sites and services.
-Manage endpoint protection and security policies using Sophos Central or on-premise Sophos solutions.
-Perform regular backups and recovery operations.
-Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file/print services.
-Apply system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
-Monitor and maintain network security through firewalls, antivirus, and other tools.
-Support end users with IT-related requests and incidents (Level 1β2 support).
-Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
-Collaborate with IT team members on infrastructure improvements and automation.
π₯π²πΎππΆπΏπ²πΊπ²π»ππ:
-1+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
-Strong knowledge of Windows Server environment.
-Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint (user access, site configuration, maintenance).
-Experience with Sophos endpoint security and firewall solutions.
-Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
-Familiarity with networking concepts: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, and switching.
-Experience with backup and disaster recovery tools.
-Knowledge of security best practices and system hardening.
-Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
