2 Team Leader - LIFE INSURANCE
As a key member of their team, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a group of talented sales professionals to achieve their targets and exceed expectations.
The candidates are expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a track record of achieving sales targets, and experience in Life Insurance industry in the UAE is a must.
SALARY: Up to 5,000 AED.
INCENTIVES: As per performance.
Responsibilities
- Engage with team members on product usage.
- Recruit 3-5 Life Consultant and manage their performance.
- Convey brand information to customers and respond to questions/inquiries that arise
- Responsible for daily/monthly sales targets of the team.
- Investigate and address competitors’ activities.
- Prioritize and schedule proactive calls
- Undertake training on the firm’s markets and products and improve on selling skills.
- Match sales opportunities that cover other products involving various sales representatives.
