Technology Engineer - Digital Infrastructure
5+ years of related to setting up branch infrastructure.
3+ years of experience working under banking operational environment or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in ITIL Service Management processes: Change and Release.
Understanding of General IT Service Management policies, procedures, and best practices.
Technological knowledge about the various IT resources required for organizational functioning.
Good understanding of IT Software and Technology related to Audio/Visual solution.
Good understanding of banking IT Branch and Office Infrastructure related to Video Wall, Smart Projectors, Holo Lens, Robotics, Kiosk, Media Player etc.
Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management operations, and with ITSM best practices.
Must be able to accurately report information in a timely manner
Must be able to prioritize and evaluate high number of tasks at once.
Education: University degree in Information Technology, PMP, Prince2
