Job description / Responsibilities
1. Registration and renewal of lease agreements.
2. Payment verification, and payment receipts.
3. Communication with tenants and landlords.
4. Preparation of leasing forms, and documentation for listing.
5. Calculation of the amount of rent increase.
6. Timely notify the tenant about the increase the rent; do not miss deadlines.
7. Respond to all email and phone inquiries.
8. Serve 300+ tenants, 10-15 calls every day.
9. When renewing contacts, send a notification on time.
10. Coordination between tenant and landlord for air conditioner maintenance, water leaks, and other maintenance.
11. Update Excel files for detailed information about payments and contract expiration dates.
12. Control of checks payment.
13. Manage all DEWA, DU, pay bills and services.
14. If there are any problems with the property, prepare an action plan and get approval.
15. Timely collect signatures for contacts and powers of attorney.
