Real Estate Agent

Brief Requirements:

• We are looking for someone who has an eye on the real estate market in Dubai.
• Proven working experience as a real estate agent.
• Specialized on leasing & secondary market.
• Knowledgeable with the current trend in the Market.
• Proven track record of successful real estate.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Must have a network of agents/client.
• Target driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Knows how to do weekly leads / report updates.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate market
• Real estate agent’s or Broker’s license (RERA) is a plus
• Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point)
• Excellent command and highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Active in social media.

Job Description:

• Manage the negotiations between Owner and prospective tenant.
• Lead clients on legal requirements, process and related matters.
• Promote lease properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services (social media marketing).
• Accompany clients during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
• Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property rental listings.

- Able to do weekly leads report updates in CRM and Excel.
