Duties & Responsibilities;
Researches and leads the operational department to achieve the following:
Quality Control: performance evaluation to identify the difference between actual performance and objectives
Improved Quality; establish the infrastructure and team to implement quality improvement efforts.
Prepares a study and recommendations for application assessment system audits for controlling the quality of services in the restaurant.
Reviews all reports, initiates and drafts forms, for quality management plans and statistics.
Consults and coordinates with the management and operational heads to determine SOP requirements and provide quality assessment review of SOP for concern departments.
Assists all departments with regulatory audits.
Leads the operational departments in determining the service aspects to be monitored.
Develops appropriate indicators to measure the quality of service aspects.
Collects data for such indicators and setting the standard results.
Initiates and Endorses Quality standards check list for all departments and ensure timely execution.
Prepares Annual Audit Plan for all departments identifying schedule and time frames.
Supports all departments in developing cutting edge functional excellence and in developing leadership capabilities.
Identifying individual and company training needs through staff appraisals and meetings with managers.
Prepares training plans & programs to meet the identified training needs.
Evaluates training to ensure the effectiveness of training is monitored.
