UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven experience in designing user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our product and development teams to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and user requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with the intended user experience.
• Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Knowledge of industry-specific design trends and emerging technologies.
