We prepare some of the most delicious food & drinks on earth. We need to serve them with care to our customers. So, we are looking for caring & energetic team players to join our Restaurant team as Waitresses.
Key duties & responsibilities
1. Greet and escort customers to their tables
2. Present menu and provide detailed information (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
3. Inform customers about the day’s specials / promotions & offer menu recommendations
4. Suggestively sell products when appropriate
5. Take & place accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software
6. Communicate order details to the Kitchen team & follow up
7. Serve food and drink orders as per the standards
8. Listen & handle any suggestions, complaints from customers according to the procedures
9. Provide excellent customer service to customers
10. Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
11. Deliver checks and collect bill payments
12. Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
13. Assist others in the team & help in maintaining a high level of team work
