Admin -Guest Relation (Female)

Client & Customer Relations:

  • Welcome and greet clients, both in-person and over the phone, in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with their inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Must be able to type fast with good Communication and verbal skills
  • Should have experience interacting with clients through Emails, WhatsApp, etc
  • Should have 1- 3 years experience in an Admin / Guest Relation / Customer Service role in UAE
  • Maintain a positive and client-focused attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere. Administrative Support:
  • Manage and organize documents, client files, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Schedule appointments by coordinating with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing etc.

Communication:

  • Respond to client inquiries, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between clients and team members.
  • Must be able to interact with clients at the site and also organize & schedule meetings.
  • Update and maintain client databases and contact lists.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1- 3 years Expriences in UAE
  • Any Nationality
  • Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Working Conditions:

This is typically both office-based & Off-site role
