Hiring Cutomer service representative for our facility.

A background in call center and customer service is a requirement.

Responsibilities: A Call Center Representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls, and electronic communications.

Requirements
Qualifications:

  • Strong command of the English Language
  • Proficient in desktop application and internet
  • Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on call scripting and industry product knowledge
  • Advanced Computer knowledge is required.

Required skills to be successful

  • 2-years’ experience in Customer Service preferably in a healthcare industry
  • Strong communications skills
  • Knowledge of Computer management system
  • Experience with Inbound and Outbound documentation.
  • Rotational shift (both morning and night) and 12 hours duty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
