Marketing specialist with experience leading a small sales team within the service industry.

Management

1. Prepare data-driven plans, reports with trends, analysis, and recommendations.

2. Responsible for updating related roles and responsibilities, workflows, policies and procedures, FAQs, forms, templates as and when necessary.

3. Will work with and collaborate with the marketing team, and the school’s Administrative and Academic Team.

4. Collaborate with Director and Chief Accountant to ensure fiscally sound enrollment objectives, developing and implementing strategies for admissions, classroom placement, and retention.

5. Coordinate with the admission and marketing team to review data and recommend policies that help enroll mission-appropriate families at all levels of the school.

6. Provide weekly written data reports to the Director to enable reporting to the Board of Trustees on admissions and enrollment.

7. Implement robust contract management practices in accordance with FPPM.

8. Collaborate with Director and Chief Accountant on contributing to Admissions and Marketing Department budget planning in accordance with FPPM.

9. Conduct performance management of admissions and marketing team in accordance with school policy.

10. Any other task as guided by the Director.

Admissions Key Tasks

11. Manage and drive the admissions office by providing leadership, support and ensuring procedures are efficient and effective.

12. Track and follow up on inquiries and admissions/re-enrollment steps, and carry out standards and procedures for admissions and withdrawals through use of HubSpot or other automated tools.

13. Provide school tour information, including information packs, to potential parents and pupils and arrange visits to the admissions center / school tours.

14. Follow up with all families that have visited, including those from whom there is no contact and close the conversation loop with prospects.

15. Maintain and monitor all contacts and deals on HubSpot.

16. Ensuring that the school is compliant with all government dept., rules, and regulations with regards to student enrollment and marketing.

17. Represent school at the relevant Govt. Depts., for all issues related to student enrollment, admission, and school marketing.

Work with school accountants and communicate relevant information to parents.

Marketing Key Tasks

1. Develop and carry out the school’s marketing plan, with collaboration from Director of Education, in support of the school and its targeted initiatives.

2. Create and schedule social media posts and content in line with the content management plan.

3. Produce marketing materials, collaterals, advertisements and publications that increase the school’s public image and promote the school’s mission.

4. Contribute to and review content for general school communications/publications.

5. Coordinate with external press for any newsworthy items or press releases.

6. Remain abreast of effective marketing concepts and techniques that apply to Dubai schools.

7. Drive lead generation and all external queries from prospective families via various marketing channels and ensure all enquiries are dealt with professionally, effectively, and efficiently.

8. To positively promote the school with a view to achieve full capacity utilization via above, below, on-line marketing and advertising (i.e., these include campus tours, Open Days, Events, social media posts/updates, PTCs, surveys, tie-ins with 3rd party service providers, tie-ins with feeder nurseries/schools, participation in events & outreach programs, etc.)

9. Meet with and make presentations to prospective parents / students and provide relevant information / sales pack etc. as required to convert enquiries into admissions.

10. Collaborate with volunteers, faculty, and other administrative team members to conduct open houses.

11. Participate in and organize events such as popular Dubai events, PTCs, coffee mornings, focus group meetings, seminars etc., to market the school and provide information about the school, admissions, assessments, availability, etc.

12. Work with 3rd Party members such as affiliate service providers to provide leads to the school for enrolment.

13. Manage school presence and image on various social media sites, either directly or through marketing team, contracted services and/or volunteers.

14. Identify and recommend to Director for sign up of MOUs with corporate entities and companies positioning our school as an affiliate with special incentives for the employees of such organizations for enrolling their children in our school.

15. Manage, provide content, and update the school’s website (assisting with uploading material to the website and checking the accuracy of information on all pages) collaborating with the Director and IT Support for any technical needs.

Work on a robust referral program to encourage word of mouth marketing and drive admissions through personal referrals.
