Position: Registrations Assistant
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Budget: AED 6,000 to AED 8,000
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Registration Manager in executing the end-to-end online and onsite registration process for our clients in events, collaborating closely with registration vendors and internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Operations, and Show Teams.
- Monitor and maintain registration platforms and databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
- Manage the post-show reconciliation process in coordination with Finance and other relevant departments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for registrants, providing assistance and addressing inquiries.
- Generate and analyze reports on registration statistics, including attendance numbers and demographic data.
- Address and resolve any registration-related issues in a prompt and effective manner.
- Work closely with event commercial teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of registration efforts.
- Offer guidance and support for onsite registration layouts, signage, and traffic flow.
- Assist in developing and distributing promotional materials related to registration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in managing event registration platforms, CRM systems, and data management.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with handling large volumes of data.
