Assist the Registration Manager in executing the end-to-end online and onsite registration process for our clients in events, collaborating closely with registration vendors and internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Operations, and Show Teams.
Monitor and maintain registration platforms and databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
Manage the post-show reconciliation process in coordination with Finance and other relevant departments.
Act as the primary point of contact for registrants, providing assistance and addressing inquiries.
Generate and analyze reports on registration statistics, including attendance numbers and demographic data.
Address and resolve any registration-related issues in a prompt and effective manner.
Work closely with event commercial teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of registration efforts.
Offer guidance and support for onsite registration layouts, signage, and traffic flow.
Assist in developing and distributing promotional materials related to registration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience in managing event registration platforms, CRM systems, and data management.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Knowledge of event planning and coordination is an advantage.
Detail-oriented and comfortable with handling large volumes of data.
