Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated female Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly organised and efficient professional who excels in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our team.
  • Manage diaries, including arranging appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle correspondence and liaise with clients and partners.
  • Prepare and manage documents and reports.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and meetings.
  • Carry out additional administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Administrative Assistant role or similar.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Urdu or Hindi would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with office management software.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
